Merry Christmas!

We had so much fun this year with the kids. We spent the weekend in Pembroke with the Bacons. On Sunday, we went to Macon for Baggarly Christmas at my cousin's house. Gayna hosted Christmas Eve at her house and then we were home for Santa! The kids have asked me everyday for weeks if it was time to put out cookies and chocolate milk for Santa. Santa visited us Christmas Eve at Gayna's, thanks to Harry. Ben stared at him quietly and when Harry came back in the room without his suit Ben said, "Hey you was in that suit! Santa was wearing those shoes!" I am stunned that he is so observant. Madeline keeps telling me that Santa came from the North Cold. I have tried to correct her but she insists, and its kinda cute! The kids are out of school til after the new year. I am working 2 days a week, but it is nice to have a little break!

I don't feel good. I think I have the flu. Yesterday I felt horrible, with body aches and a sore throat. Today is better but not great. This morning I went in Ben's room and they were on his bed playing. First thing Ben said is, " Mommy, do you feel bedder?" What a sweet boy!
